INCREASED VISIBILTY
Recognizing the importance of the digital landscape, we enhanced our online presence to echo the vibrancy of our physical community. We have expanded our online presence first by establishing a robust instagram. When posting, please tag @eepg and hashtag #eepgmember. We have developed a website featuring member portfolios and a listing of exhibiting member websites. From there, we introduced a new blog which offers news about EEPG events and member highlights. Please send your news here. Finally, we feature our shows in an online viewing gallery, see our latest exhibit here. Upcoming for 2024, we will be accepting payments through PayPal, along with current methods, for ease of making payments.
LOOKING FORWARD
With this expansion of our programs, a board has been formed consisting of Gerry Giliberti, Marilyn Stevenson, Mark Testa, Ron Buchter, Keith Manning, Richard Law, and Cynthia DiGiacomo. The board will continue to create vibrant and inclusive opportunities for photographers. We are confident that the coming year will hold even more exciting opportunities for growth, exhibitions, collaboration, community, and creativity.
Founded in 1988 by Liz Glasgow, Tim Lee, and local Springs photographers, EEPG stands as the longest exhibiting arts organization at Ashawagh Hall. Gerry Giliberti, a founding EEPG member, continues to guide this legacy forward today with our annual spring photography exhibition there. Inaugurated in 1990, the show has become a cherished tradition.
As an incorporated 501 c (7) non-profit organization, EEPG continues to promote photography and the visual arts in a community setting. The EEPG mission extends beyond exhibition; it is a commitment to creating a space where photographic artists can showcase new work, where emerging talents receive support, and a forum to realize personal vision.
